We review the platform/account, creator, likeness and voice permissions, authorized access, output quality and any remaining configuration work. An existing avatar is not automatically ready for the requested production.
Real-person likeness or voice use requires specific project permission and any required platform consent. Stock presenters and source assets need suitable licenses. Product claims need supporting information and review; generated scenes must not fabricate performance or customer experiences. Necessary disclosures are planned with the content. A client approval or an AI label does not make an unsupported claim accurate.
Typically, 50% of Phoenix service and full committed studio, talent and external production costs are funded upfront; the service balance follows proof acceptance before final exports. Script proofs usually follow within three business days after the brief, materials and initial payment are complete. First video proofs usually follow within five business days after script approval, usable sources, needed capture and avatar/consent readiness. Final files follow within two business days after approval and balance payment. Complex projects, monthly batches and custom characters need their own confirmed schedule.
