How is Authority different from a headshot session?
Authority includes message and script preparation, a finished introduction video and dedicated portraits. If you mainly need professional photographs, explore Signature Headshots and Icon Portraits.
Where does the session take place?
We locate a suitable rental studio or on-location setting in the Nashville area. The base covers one background or setting. Studio rental is separate, and the booking includes enough rental time for setup and breakdown beyond your 90-minute capture session.
When will I receive the finished files?
Base video and portrait proofs are delivered within five business days after capture, provided the approved brief, required materials and initial payment are complete. Final files follow within two business days after consolidated final approval and balance payment. Submit consolidated proof feedback within seven calendar days. Extra clips and AI work have their own confirmed schedules.
What revisions and files are included?
One consolidated introduction-script revision before filming, two consolidated video editing rounds and one minor portrait adjustment round are included. Phoenix errors are corrected separately. The video is MP4 in one agreed orientation. Additional versions, new scripts, reshoots and advanced changes are separately scoped. RAW files, unselected footage and project files are not included unless expressly agreed.
Does AI-ready capture include an avatar or finished AI videos?
The Authority addition covers planning and agreed source capture. Avatar or voice setup, finished generated videos and ongoing production are separate services. Use of your likeness or voice requires specific written permission and any required platform consent. General-purpose model training and unrelated reuse are not automatically authorized.
What if my script or source material already exists?
We review whether it is suitable and authorized for the new project. A follow-on AI quote accounts for approved reusable work so the same task is not charged twice. New topics, rewrites, testing or replacement capture remain separately scoped.
How do booking, payment and cancellations work?
After discovery, you receive a written quote with scope, location costs, permitted use and terms. Authority normally collects the full studio cost plus 50% of non-studio quoted charges upfront; the balance is due on proof acceptance before final delivery. Booking depends on verified payment, authorization and availability. Written service cancellation or reschedule notice is at least ten calendar days; an earlier studio/provider cutoff may apply. Your quote explains completed-work accounting, late-cancellation retention and any unrecoverable external costs, including short-notice studio bookings.
